The price of your accommodation is stated on our website and must be settled in GBP. You can either book via our website or by calling us direct, and you will receive a confirmation email once the deposit has been paid. Please notify us immediately if you don’t receive a confirmation email or if the details within it are incorrect.
The accommodation and the facilities associated with it (as described on our website) are available to you throughout your stay. To secure the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking and the outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than 1st March 2020, otherwise your booking will be released and the accommodation made available for public sale.

For your convenience, we will charge the outstanding balance to the credit or debit card that you used to pay the deposit on, or shortly after, the payment deadline. By making a booking, you authorise us to debit the remaining balance via the same online payment system used for the initial booking.
Changes to Booking
You can change your accommodation type, subject to availability. If the price for the new type exceeds the original, you agree to pay the excess amount immediately. If the price for the new room type is less, a refund will only be granted if confirmed in writing by us first.
You may cancel your booking up until the 1st March 2020. If you cancel your booking, we will attempt to re-sell your accommodation, in which case we will refund you 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellation after the final payment date is not permitted.
Draco Property Ltd, trading as Pilton Manor Boutique Glamping, reserves the right to cancel any booking and withdraw all allocation if those purchasing from Draco Property Ltd are seen to be re- selling to third parties and/or for their own gain.
You must comply with the direction of our staff during your stay. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given. Our main concern is that everyone enjoys the facility and that there is no unreasonable behaviour of disturbance.
