How can I get a Glastonbury Festival Ticket?

Anecdotally you maximise your chances of getting a festival ticket in the April 2020 resale by using your mobile phone’s 3G or 4G network rather than wifi or a wired connection. Have someone ready to read out the registration numbers and make sure your payment details are stored in your phone so they auto-fill. Don’t open multiple browsers as this just crashes the site.

When are you open?

12pm Wednesday June 2020 till 12pm Monday 29th June 2020.

Do you provide toiletries, towels, linen, duvets and bedding?

Yes.

Do we need cash for the bar and restaurant?

No, we accept credit and debit cards.

Can I bring guests?

If you want to bring guests to the bar or restaurant please check with the concierge first. We will be happy to fit them in if we’re not crowded.

Is there parking?

Yes.

How do I get to you?

Our postcode is BA4 4BE. We will provide detailed arrival instructions before the event.

Where can I recharge my phone?

All our glamping units have power capable of recharging phones.

Can I arrive by train, plane, helicopter...

Please give us a call if you would like to discuss any special travel plans.

Is the site secure?

We have 24 hour security.

Do you have a concierge?

Yes.

Will I be given a wristband to gain access to Pilton Manor Boutique Glamping?

Yes.

What do I need to bring for check in?

You will need your car pass, festival tickets and a copy of your receipt for your booking. We will send a detailed list before the event.

Are children welcome?

Of course!
